KFX450 Graphics Kit

This is the new KFX450 Graphics kit from FUELATV. This kit was designed look SIK on the white, black or green KFX450. All kits will include 12 stickers front fender decals, rear fender decals, rear tail decal, nose decals , rear fender side decals, tank cover decals, radiator shroud decals and a front number plate. This is the most complete graphics kit on the market. You can also purchase the gripper seat cover with matching graphics or the all black gripped seat cover both look great with this kit.

QuadTech Carbon Fiber Hood

The new FULL carbon fiber KFX450 hood has been developed and tested by the newly formed Monster Kawasaki ATV Racing Team and Baldwin Motor Sports ATV Racing Team. For Monster Kawasaki, we designed a sleek hood that utilizes the stock air inlet and can be used with a number plate. Quad Tech-ATV is the first generation and first released carbon fiber hood for the KFX450. This hood features a high gloss UV resistant clear coat and Quad Tech’s original polished billet aluminum grill. The hood attaches easily with four push rivets.

QuadTech Carbon Fiber Air Duct System

When the ultimate in cooling counts, Quad Tech ATV once again delivers. The Quad Tech-ATV air duct system directs air that has lost its way to the radiator and guides it through, thus, maintaining optimum engine performance throughout those long races or dune rides. Other benefits of the this item is that it fills in the ugly void left, after removing the lights and extra space for sponsor's logos. Developed and tested by the newly formed Monster Kawasaki ATV Racing Team. Quad Tech-ATV is the first of its kind carbon fiber air system for the KFX450. This item features a high gloss UV resistant clear coat and attaches easily with four push rivets.

KFX450 Black Gripper seat cover

Don't be fooled by the looks. The stock KFX450 seat cover may look like a real gripper seat cover, BUT it is not. This is the all black Gripper seat cover from FUELATV. Get rid of that slippery stock seat cover and replace it with a Black Gripper from FUELATV.

KFX450 Gripper seat cover with logo

This seat cover for the KFX450 is mostly black gripper material. It does have a small section on the rear that matches our graphics kit and sports a FUELATV logo. This seat cover looks great when installed with or without our graphics kit.

KFX450 Long Travel Front A-arm kit

Here is the New Long Travel LTR450 a-arms we are offering. These a-arms are Max clearance style, long travel a-arms. They offer adjustable castor, adjustable camber and are full chromoly. These a-arms will come standard black powder coated and complete with tie rods and ball joints. These a-arms are hand crafted here in the U.S.A. and will hold up in the most extreme conditions.

KFX450 Dasa pipe

The Dasa pipe for the KFX450 has been proven on the Dyno to make more HP then the Pro Circuit, Yoshimura, Trinity, HMF, LRD, Sparks, ESR, Baldwin and Motoworks pipes. This is a full stainless steel exhaust system and will include a head pipe, mid pipe, and exhaust canister. All Dasa pipes are hand made here in the USA and the quality really shows with perfect tig welds. It does have alot of nice features including TRICK billet end caps, a solid billet canister mount a nd a THICK head pipe flange. The Dasa pipe's end caps do unbolt for easy canister repacking. Please use the pull down box to select the canister option you would like. The photos shown are of the 13" canister option.

This is the same pipe as above. This option will just add ceramic coating to the head and mid pipe. There are two options for the color. You can pick black ceramic coating like the one in the photo or chromex. The chromex is a chrome look. Both finishes are easy to maintain and will keep you pipe looking great.

This is the New Quiet Core / Spark Arrestor for the KFX450 Dasa pipe. This item will work on the 08 Dasa KFX450 pipe. The new design will include a c-clip and spring washer for easy installation and removal.

Here is the new FULL intake for the KFX450 from FUELATV. The stock KFX450 intake tube is VERY restrictive. FUELATV fixes this intake problem by replacing the stock restrictive intake tube with a new intake tube that is less restrictive. This intake and custom air filter design has been developed to create more intake velocity then any other kit on the market and it is a huge increase over stock. After months of dyno testing we have come up with a complete BOLT ON kit that makes a PROVEN 4 +HP more then the stock air box with the lid off. The air filter included with this kit is a custom designed filter created to maximize intake velocity and air flow. This filter also has an inverted end cap that directs air into the intake and adds filter surface area. This kit comes with a BRAND NEW aluminum air box. The kit will also include a new Water Repellent outerwear and all the hardware to install this kit. The water repellent outerwear looks, feels and flows the same as a normal outerwear.

This is the replacement aluminum air box only. You must have the complete air box intake kit or the complete air box eliminator intake kit for this box to work on the bike. This air box will not work with the stock KFX450 intake components. This kit comes with a BRAND NEW aluminum air box ONLY.

This is a replacement water repellent outerwear for the FUELATV intake filter.

KFX450 Power Commander

The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs "inline" with the bikes stock ECU. The PC uses original equipment style connectors so that no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel curve via the PC's onboard microprocessor. Using this technology you are able to access a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes' ECU (electronic control unit). Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. The unit also comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or make adjustments to a map file via a laptop or your home computer. The PC will include a 9v battery power source that will allow you to power up the unit to load maps or make changes to it from your home computer or lap top before even installing it. You can change the fuel curve with the faceplate buttons. This is a simple adjustment that can move the fuel curve richer or leaner in each area of the map.

One of the best bolt on mods for your KFX450. This stabilizer has a Simple, durable design with 3 modes of adjustability. If you ride an ATV long enough you will have the bars ripped from your hands eventually. The Precision Stabilizer reduces the impact felt at the bars when your tire hits rocks, roots, stumps, ruts or even another rider. The rock solid mounting holds the stabilizer at the proper angle, so no need for sloppy wear prone hiem joints The Precision Stabilizer features specially designed stainless steel bushings that are packed in grease and "O" ring sealed for years of worry free use. This parking brake block off will bolt right onto the KFX450 and match the exact lines of the caliper.
