LTR450 Black Gripper seat cover

This is the all black Gripper seat cover from FUELATV. Get rid of that slippery stock seat cover and replace it with a Black Gripper from FUELATV.

Carbon Fiber Nose

This is a REAL carbon fiber nose for the LTR450. This FULL carbon fiber part will bolt or rivet onto your stock LTR450 front fender. This nose not only looks SIK, but it will guard your electronics from being damaged from roost, rocks or mud. It will come with all the necessary hardware for installation.

Carbon Fiber Fuel Pump Cover

This is a REAL carbon fiber fuel pump cover for the LTR450. This FULL carbon fiber part will snap onto your fuel pump and protect it.

Carbon Fiber Frame Guards

These are REAL carbon fiber frame guards for the LTR450. They will bolt right on with no modifications. These FULL carbon fiber frame guards come with one left and one right side frame guard. The optional Carbon Fiber Fuel Pump Cover shown in the first photo is not included with the frame guards.

Carbon Fiber Battery Box Cover

This is a REAL carbon fiber battery box cover for the LTR450. This full carbon fiber part will bolt on to your LTR450 without any modification and it is less than half the weight of the stock plastic battery box cover.

Carbon Fiber Radiator Shrouds

These are REAL carbon fiber radiator shrouds for the LTR450. These full carbon fiber radiator shrouds will bolt right on to your LTR450 without any modifications and they are less than half the weight of the stock plastic radiator shrouds.

LTR450 Bar Clamps

These bar clamps from FUELATV will allow you to bolt 1 1/8 or Fat Bars right on to your LTR450 without raising the bar height. These are a direct bolt on with no modifications needed.

LTR450 Shift Pin Relocator

This is the MUST HAVE item for the LTR450. Due to a weak case design the stock LTR shifter pin location is prone to breaking, causing case damage and costly engine repair. This relocator plate bolts up to your stock cases, damaged or not. The included instruction guide allows you to upgrade the shift pin yourself in under 45 minutes.

LTR450 Anti-Vibe steering stem

The LTR450 stock steering stem is VERY weak. Once you upgrade to a FUELATV Steering Stem you will utilize an vibration dampening handle bar clamp to reduce vibrations from the engine and the impact of terrain. The FUELATV steering stem is made of 4130 chromoly and it will be less likely to bend in a roll-over or crash. This stem comes complete with your choice of 7/8 or 1 1/8 bar clamps and anti-vibe rubbers. FUELATV steering stems are available in (stock height) +0, +1, +2 ... black powder coated or chrome plated.

Power Commander

The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs "inline" with the bikes stock ECU. The PC uses original equipment style connectors so that no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel curve via the PC's onboard microprocessor. Using this technology you are able to access a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes' ECU (electronic control unit). Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. The unit also comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or make adjustments to a map file via a laptop or your home computer. The PC will include a 9v battery power source that will allow you to power up the unit to load maps or make changes to it from your home computer or lap top before even installing it. You can change the fuel curve with the faceplate buttons. This is a simple adjustment that can move the fuel curve richer or leaner in each area of the map.

FUELATV LTR450 Intake

Here is the new intake/airbox eliminator from FUELATV. This intake and custom air filter design has been developed to create more intake velocity then any other kit on the market. After months of dyno testing we have come up with a complete BOLT ON kit that makes a PROVEN 3.25 HP more then the stock air box with the lid off. The kit will include a Water Repellent outerwear. The water repellent outerwear looks, feels and flows the same as a normal outerwear. The air filter included with this kit is a custom designed filter created to maximize intake velocity and air flow. This filter is over twice the size of the stock filter and has an inverted endcap that directs air into the intake. This kit will completely replace your stock air box and filter.

LTR450 Dasa pipe

The Dasa pipe for the LTR450 has been proven on the Dyno to make more HP then the Yoshimura, Rossier, Trinity, HMF, FMF, Pro-armor, and two brothers pipes. This is a full stainless steel exhaust system and will include a head pipe, mid pipe, and exhaust canister. This pipe when combined with a $40.00 Yoshimura cherry Bomb and removal of the stock air box lid will make 10 more HP.

This is the same pipe as above. This option will just add ceramic coating to the head and mid pipe. There are two options for the color. You can pick black ceramic coating like the one in the photo or chromex. The chromex is a chrome look. Both finishes are easy to maintain and will keep you pipe looking great.

This is the New Quiet Core / Spark Arrestor for the LTR450 Dasa pipe. This item will work on the 06 - 07 Dasa LTR450 pipe. The new design will include a c-clip and spring washer for easy installation and removal.

LTR450 Long Travel Front A-arm kit

Here is the New Long Travel LTR450 a-arms we are offering. These a-arms are Max clearance style, long travel a-arms. They offer adjustable castor, adjustable camber and are full chromoly. These a-arms will come standard black powder coated and complete with tie rods and ball joints. This kit is over $200.00 less then other manufactures max clearance a-arms, but don't let the GREAT price fool you. These a-arms are hand crafted here in the U.S.A. and will hold up in the most extreme conditions.
